Founder

For many years, I’ve supported individuals in reconnecting with and embracing all parts of themselves. I believe that mental and physical health are deeply connected, and that true, lasting growth comes from a holistic approach to healing. Everyone has the potential to step into a space where meaningful change happens and personal growth can thrive.

My career began in community education and advocacy around domestic violence, providing crisis support and therapeutic services to those in urgent need. During and after my education, I worked extensively with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders, including both mental health challenges and addiction. Through facilitating groups, engaging in family work, and offering community education, I discovered my clinical “niche” and a deep commitment to working through a psychodynamic & trauma-informed lens.  I specialize in supporting my clients  work through attachment wounds and traumas that continue to impact their life in the present day.

This perspective allows me to guide clients in exploring the powerful connection between mind and body—helping them better understand how past experiences influence current patterns. I am fully trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) and continue ongoing consultation to stay connected to this evidence based, cutting-edge and evolving approach.

My clients all possess strength—even if they don’t fully recognize it yet—and the innate ability to heal and live with greater clarity and self-awareness. In our work together, I often speak about “healing from the inside out,” as we uncover the many layers that contribute to one’s present experience.

Outside of the therapy space, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors or soaking in live music—both of which keep me grounded and inspired.
